    The Marketing department is one of V33 Group's sources of innovation, using consumer-led, current market trends to be reflected later in our product offers to our customers. We use different marketing approaches that cover the entire product life cycle, from strategic analysis of different markets to operational support for sales.

  • Research and Development

    V33's Research and Development department is a further source of innovation for the Group. As a centre for excellence in formulating paints and varnishes its teams create dozens of new formulas for many different products each year. Our Research and Development department also houses a quality control team which tests our products before they go to market.

  • Production

    The Production department produces all V33's products exclusively in-house. It is an accomplishment of nearly 60 years' experience, supported by a culture of quality and by the continual improvement of its production and packaging processes.

  • Logistics

    V33's Logistics division has always been a key link in offering personalised customer solutions. Reliability and constant adaptation to changes in demand are its hallmarks.

  • Sales

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, le département back office commercial recherche un/une :                                                                                          

ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATION DES VENTES H/F

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Réceptionner, saisir et traiter l’ensemble des commandes passées par nos différents canaux de distribution,
  • Clarifier toutes commandes à réception (quantité/conditions commerciales/livraison),
  • Être le lien entre notre force de vente, nos clients et nos services internes sur ces sujets commandes, litiges et retours,
  • Savoir conseiller et rediriger le client en cas de demandes particulières,
  • Contrôler la facturation des produits et vérifier les conditions tarifaires, quantités, colisages, etc.,
  • Assurer le bon déroulement des livraisons clients,
  • Être garant du respect des consignes et délais,
  • Être force de proposition dans l’amélioration de nos processus et manières de fonctionner.

Votre profil :

Vous disposez d’une formation Bac à Bac +2 spécialisée en secrétariat ou administration commerciale, ou d’une expérience d’au moins un an dans ces domaines.

Vous maîtrisez la saisie de commandes et faites preuve de rigueur et d’organisation.

Dynamique, vous vous intégrez facilement à une équipe.

Votre réactivité, votre sens du service client, votre disponibilité et votre appétence pour le digital et le e-commerce seront des atouts essentiels pour exercer vos missions.
