    The Marketing department is one of V33 Group's sources of innovation, using consumer-led, current market trends to be reflected later in our product offers to our customers. We use different marketing approaches that cover the entire product life cycle, from strategic analysis of different markets to operational support for sales.

  • Research and Development

    V33's Research and Development department is a further source of innovation for the Group. As a centre for excellence in formulating paints and varnishes its teams create dozens of new formulas for many different products each year. Our Research and Development department also houses a quality control team which tests our products before they go to market.

  • Production

    The Production department produces all V33's products exclusively in-house. It is an accomplishment of nearly 60 years' experience, supported by a culture of quality and by the continual improvement of its production and packaging processes.

  • Logistics

    V33's Logistics division has always been a key link in offering personalised customer solutions. Reliability and constant adaptation to changes in demand are its hallmarks.

  • Sales

    Our company's growth has always relied on a sales team that is organised, dedicated, and consistently growth-oriented in terms of turnover and market share gained. A variety of jobs within this department includes sales administration, export market managers and key accounts, all with one thing in common: a strong commitment to the product and its market.

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, vous occupez deux casquettes, chacune à 50% de votre temps :

  • Comptabilité générale
    • Tenue de l’ensemble de la comptabilité d’un site touristique : écritures générales, comptabilités fournisseurs et clients, déclaration de TVA
    • Tenue d’opérations générales de comptabilité du siège de la société : immobilisations, opérations diverses (paie, abonnements, banques, …), déclaration de TVA
    • Participation aux clôtures trimestrielles et annuelles : justification, révision des comptes
       
  • Trésorerie et administratif
    • Suivi journalier des comptes bancaires et caisses en euros et devises : édition des relevés bancaires, virements d’équilibrage, saisie et remise d’effets, remises de chèques, télétransmission des paiements en banque, etc.
    • Suivi mensuel des tableaux de bord de trésorerie, assurances, frais généraux, etc.
    • Contrôle et optimisation des frais bancaires,
    • Rapprochements bancaires mensuels,
    • Gestion des cartes affaires,
    • Réalisations et Prévisions mensuelles de trésorerie
    • Suivi et assistance sur des dossiers juridiques (litiges, contrats), d’assurance, etc.
    • Gestion portefeuille de marques et noms de domaines : dépôt, renouvellement, etc.
    • Refacturation de diverses prestations

Votre profil :

  • De formation type bac +2 en comptabilité, vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 3 ans en comptabilité générale.
  • Vous faites preuve de discrétion, de rigueur et d’autonomie. Votre aisance relationnelle et votre capacité à travailler en équipe seront des atouts essentiels pour réussir à ce poste.
  • Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances des normes et techniques comptables et fiscales, en particulier sur les immobilisations, déclarations TVA…
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (notamment Excel) et la connaissance d’un logiciel de trésorerie et SAP serait appréciée.
  • Vous êtes en capacité de communiquer par écrit en anglais.

Conditions : CDD de juin à octobre 2025 au siège du Groupe V33 à Domblans dans le Jura (39).
