Recommitment to the FRET 21 scheme
You are here
After initially signing up to the FRET 21 scheme, which aims to reduce our annual greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 8% by 2021, a new agreement will be signed with the French agency for the environment and energy management (ADEME) and the French freight transport users association (AUTF). This commitment is fully in line with our CSR policy and will be renewed for three years (2022-2024). Several initiatives have already been introduced to reduce fuel consumption and GHG emissions. From now on, all our transport providers will have to be "Objectif CO2" certified, the equivalent of FRET 21 for hauliers. Use of alternatives to fossil fuels such as Oleo100 (100% plant-based fuel made from rapeseed oil) is also encouraged.
